How AI implementation runs, from first look to measured result
Assessment and implementation are distinct stages. The agreed proposal confirms which stages are included.
- Step 1Audit the current work.Understand the goal, process, systems and constraints.
- Step 2Identify repeated human work.Record frequency, time, hand-offs and avoidable rework.
- Step 3Redesign the process.Simplify steps and define ownership before selecting tools.
- Step 4Connect AI and automation.Choose appropriate tools and define what information can move between them.
- Step 5Retain human judgement.Build in approvals, exception handling and an accountable owner.
- Step 6Implement and test.Deliver the separately agreed scope, check it against real examples and document how it works.
- Step 7Measure and optimise.Compare results with the baseline and improve the process where the evidence supports it.

- OOfferThe idea is still vague.
- AAudienceYou know what you sell, but not who it is for.
- MMarketingThe idea and the buyer are clear. Build the route to them.
Each area depends on the one before it, so your result names the earliest one that still needs work.

Processes that finally work properly
Kerry's knowledge about workflow automation astounds me. She has made our processes work incredibly efficiently and is at her best when given a challenge.
Ten hours and 45,000 yen saved
This report saved me at least 10 hours this week. I changed the product before running a large campaign and saved over 45,000 yen in campaign costs.
Clearer marketing and higher profits
I'm in a better position with my marketing than ever. In two months, the business increased profits and the route ahead became much clearer.
The direction came back
The report was very revealing and the advice that followed was so personal to me it was like you were sitting on my shoulder. Cheers for giving me my direction back.
Saved hours of work and ad spend
It wasn't until I ran the numbers using this toolkit that I realised how many places I had to share my course. The data this gave me was quite incredible. Saved me hours of work and money I would have spent on ads.
FAQs: straight answers on scope, software and fees, before you commit to anything
Everything you need to know to decide whether AI implementation is right for your business, with no call needed.
Does this include implementation?
It depends on the agreed scope. An assessment identifies opportunities and priorities. Detailed planning, build and ongoing support are confirmed separately in the proposal.
What is AI implementation for a small business?
It means putting AI and automation into specific everyday processes, such as follow-ups, data entry or first drafts, with a named person responsible for each one. The work starts from how your business runs now, not from a tool.
Where should a small business start with AI?
Start with one job that repeats often, follows clear rules and produces something a person can check. Enquiry follow-ups, copying details between systems, first drafts and weekly reporting are common first choices.
Will existing software need to be replaced?
The review starts with your current tools and process. Recommendations may involve using them more effectively, connecting them or considering a different tool where there is a clear reason.
Can the work be carried out remotely?
Yes. Enquiries and project communication are handled remotely, with the information, access and working arrangements agreed for the project.
How long does AI implementation take?
It depends on the number of processes, the tools involved and the access needed. The assessment comes first, and the proposal sets out the timeline before any build work is agreed.
Do I need technical skills to use what is set up?
No. You need to know how the work runs now. Set-up, testing and documentation are part of the agreed scope, and you are shown how to run and check each process.
Which AI tools and software are used?
Tools are chosen after the review, starting with what you already pay for. That can include automation platforms such as Make, AI writing and summarising assistants, and connections between your forms, email, spreadsheets and CRM.
Is my client data safe?
The review checks what information needs to move, where it is stored and who can see it. Sensitive data is kept out of any tool that does not need it, and access is agreed with you before anything is connected.
Is this only for businesses with a team?
No. A one-person business has the same repeated admin, follow-up and copying between tools. The assessment is scaled to the size of the business and the processes involved.
Will AI replace the people in my business?
The aim is to remove repeated admin, not people. Decisions, approvals and client relationships stay with a person, and the time released goes back into the work that needs judgement.
What happens if AI gets something wrong?
Each process has a review point and an exception route. Anything that reaches a client is checked by a person before it is sent, and errors are logged so the process can be corrected.
How will I know it has worked?
A baseline is agreed before implementation, such as time per task, response time or errors. Results are compared against that starting point, so you see the change in your own numbers.
How are fees agreed?
Fees follow the scope, deliverables and dependencies. The proposal identifies implementation work, additional software costs and any ongoing support before you decide.
What is in the free action plan?
A one-page plan based on your three answers: the stage to start with, the three changes most likely to save you time, and what stays under your control. It is sent by email after you add your name and email address.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
Kerry reads your brief and replies to agree the next step. There is no obligation, and no work or fee is agreed until you have seen a written proposal.

Tap your answers in the card. Your route appears straight away, with the first step and what could change. No forms and no sales calls.
