Some PassivAi® products are supplied as digital content with instant access. Where you purchase a digital product with instant access, you agree to receive access before the end of the usual 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that, once access has been provided, you lose your right to cancel for change of mind.
This means that, once access has been provided to the digital product, download, course, membership area, file, template, prompt pack, AI resource, software asset or other digital content, refunds are not available simply because you have changed your mind, no longer want the product or have already downloaded or accessed the materials.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If a digital product is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied, please contact PassivAi® Ltd so the issue can be reviewed. Where required by law, PassivAi® Ltd may provide a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
